The curb that collects itself.

  1. 00 SENSE

mmWave sees the car. No camera. No plate.

  2. 01 GRACE

Four minutes to pay. The bay counts quietly.

  3. 02 SETTLE

EnforcementAgent calls the payment API. The bay bills itself.

  4. 03 DISPATCH

Still unpaid? A Glid car is already turning.

The parking whisper.

You never asked where to park.

NavigatorAgent read your route. Three bays answered.

Turn. Stop. Walk away. The curb handles the rest.

The suggestion,
not the app.

Nothing to install. NavigatorAgent drops the reserved bay straight into the navigation you already run.

QUESTIONS

Is SpotSense live today?

No. SpotSense is a concept built for the Qwen Cloud Hackathon. The JBR pilot above is the proposal on the table.

Connected Systems

The SpotSense agent plugs into a network of ALPR/ANPR cameras that read every plate on the block. It cross-references plate data against sensor presence, zone rules, and permit databases in real-time, detecting violations the moment they happen, surfacing patterns across bays, and triggering automated enforcement actions without human intervention. Occupancy sensors, plate recognition, and policy engines become one intelligent edge.

What does one bay cost?

Under eleven USD in parts. LD2410, ESP32-S3, enclosure. A 0.4 W draw runs on solar trickle. Install is curb-flush, one visit.

What do the agents actually decide?

Qwen-Max arbitrates enforcement: grace, settle, or dispatch. Qwen-Plus whispers open bays into drivers' navigation. Shared memory keeps both honest about what each bay tends to do.
